Update: the app crashes when I try opening it. I guess thats an improvement over previous versions.

Txs infusion soft for bringing my best crm within my pocket. Love the ability to add tag on the go to start a campaign.

I receive a tons of mail from Infusionsoft. Specially about Tesla . STOP!!!

Infusion do it just for has a app because is useless Better dont do nothing

I have reinstalled it but to no avail. After the first time I go in all I get is add a contact I cant get to any other area of the app e.g. Campaigns or dashboard

Only allows you the ability to add a new contact, with limited information, and to search the contact but you better know how to spell their name. Unable to search by address or any other terms. Still requires you to use a desktop computer for almost everything that Infusionsoft does.

This app has pretty much nothing to offer. I cant search by tags, cant view any campaigns, and have no real visibility into my Infusionsoft account. Its a barebones contact-adding app, with less functionality than I would expect for a platform that I pay thousands of dollars a year. I know you guys can do better than this.

To me this app is useless. The items you do via the app, call the prospects, write notes down, add tasks etc . Does NOT sync via the web platform. A simple API solution but the developers of infusionsoft seem to not have thought of it. There is no use of using the app if it does not record your activities and notes via the web records.

Recent contacts never load... And there is so little data available Im not sure why they even made this...

I work for Infusionsoft so this review may be a little biased. I do not work on our mobile team and I had zero influence on the development of this app. This app is AWESOME! You can apply tags to a record and trigger campaigns on the fly. I really like how all of your notes are available at the palm of your hand. Perfect for mobile appointments out of the office or impromptu networking sessions. Simple and easy to use.

The right app in the right place at the right time!

So excited to use this app-- now what can I do? Any way to get opportunity records!? But this is a great start!

Glad its finally here! being able to look up contacts and add a tag is very helpful. Ability to start an opportunity, a task, and a note would be very helpful on the go. I’m sure more to come.

I love this App It looks fantastic, responsive, clean and supper easy to install. I like the EASY log in

Works great so far. My only wish is that it also displayed notes and appointments, two of the most important things I would be looking up someone for. It shows "Person Notes", but not individual Notes. Hoping they add that soon.

It is so clear Infusionsofts commitment to top end UX and UI. The V1.0 has the core and most critical functionality nailed - and best of all with a UI that is stupid simple. While I look forward to V2.0 that will bring other elements of search & control from the main application, this is an outstanding start.

I was surprised that the app is basically just a glorified address book at this point. You cant see your opportunities, see or complete any tasks or search by company...But if you need a phone number you are covered. Add tag: now-we-can-say-we-have an-app. Lets hope they iterate quickly.

Was very excited to finally get the app. First impression was rather disappointing. We do a lot with opportunities and tasks/note/appts with our infusionsoft and was very let down to see that you cannot do anything with those in this app. Hopefully that will be an update in the NEAR future...please!!

I find myself logging in via a web browser to use infusionsoft on my iphone because I rarely just need address book info. Definitely needs to incorporate calendar, tasks, and notes to be useful for me
