I like the ability to find contacts if you can remember their name in the search that is... Id like to see it auto list all the contacts so I can choose one. Plus this needs the Calendar function or Leads function added... Ideally the calendar would sync with my calendar on my phone...

Providing a mobile app, years behind other companies in this market, was anticipated greatly. But, to launch a mobile CRM app that doesn’t allow you to see your calendar is worthless. Infusionsoft bought GmailCore and destroyed it. My calendar constantly drops from Gmail so I have no way of viewing my calendar on the go. The $300+ I am paying monthly is a money pit.

The app works well. I like the fact that I can have my database at my fingertips. I wish it would let me look up by company name.

Good: Clean interface. Very easy to use. Bad: Quite limited. Eg - You can add tags (which is great), but you cannot remove them. A solid start & I look forward to improvements with time.

This is a great start to the full app online. It puts all your database right in your hand with a great interface. The downsides are that it is limited in its capability. It would be great to do more extensive search, add people to campaigns, edit tags, see more details about a contact etc. With more functionality this app would get 5 stars. Thanks for building it, I cant wait for a more comprehensive version.

This is a good solid effort by Infusionsoft. Lots of room for improvement to make it a truly useful platform. I use it on the road when my laptop is not convenient.

I hope this is just a very preliminary version of this app. All it does as of now is let you search or add contacts and tasks. It doesnt show who entered the contact, nor any contact notes. It doesnt show opportunities not orders. Id hoped that I could actually do some work from this app, in its current state thats not possible.

No functionality. Cannot even browse contacts.

Id love to see some reporting or searching capabilities in this.

This app should not even be public, it brings down the value of Infusionsoft as a brand. It does not have functionality for: Email broadcasts Marketing campaigns E-Commerce Reporting Account management ....or any other functions. It only lets you look at contacts. Very very poor showing, IS.

Good start but needs opportunities. Also, needs to support the user permissions found in the desktop app. Layout and usability are excellent.

Infusionsoft runs my two businesses. Sure this app doesnt do EVERYTHING but it does enough to make it one of my most useful apps

Gives ability to search for contacts and see tasks. However, does not provide items on desktop dashboard such as new contacts and activity. We have a fairly large database so the circumstance of searching for a specific client by their name is unlikely.
